NAD+ therapy, at home or by IV
NAD+ powers the energy production in every cell you have, and your supply drops steadily with age. At home, NAD+ is telehealth and ships nationwide. The IV infusion is local in the Phoenix metro area.

Daily NAD+ at home, no needles. An easy maintenance rhythm between infusions, shipped to your door after a provider approves your plan.
Ask about at-home NAD+ →NAD+ IV infusion
The full-dose original, a slow IV drip for the deepest replenishment. At our Mesa clinic, or mobile at your home, office, or hotel.
Book NAD+ IV →Your supply drops with age
Your cells build NAD+ from scratch, make it from vitamin B3, and recycle what is left. It is the recycling route that slows with age. People often notice the slide as lower energy, slower recovery, brain fog, and sleep that does not feel as deep.
- None of those symptoms prove your NAD+ is low, so we start with a consult
- Labs, when they fit, keep the plan honest
- At-home spray for daily support, IV for a deeper reset

NAD+, answered
What is NAD+?
NAD+ is a helper molecule your cells use to turn food into energy and to do repair work. Your body makes less of it as you age. By middle age, levels can be down by roughly half compared to your twenties, which is one reason energy, recovery, and focus can slide.
What is the difference between the nasal spray and the IV?
The IV infusion is the full-dose original: a slow drip at our Mesa clinic or mobile, for the deepest replenishment in one session. The nasal spray is the at-home option: a daily rhythm that ships anywhere in the US and keeps levels supported between infusions. Many patients use the spray as maintenance and the IV as a reset.
Does NAD+ really work?
The honest answer: research on NAD+ is active and promising, and the human evidence is still growing. We will not promise you will feel ten years younger. We start with a consult and, when it fits, labs, and we tell you plainly whether NAD+ makes sense for what you are noticing.
How often do I need it?
It depends on the form and your goal. IV infusions are booked as single sessions or a short series. The spray is a daily at-home rhythm. Your provider sets the schedule with you after your consult.
Do I need to live in Arizona?
Only for the IV. NAD+ by IV is in person in the Phoenix metro area, at the Mesa clinic or mobile. At-home NAD+, including the nasal spray, is telehealth and ships to all 50 states after a provider approves your plan.
How much does NAD+ cost?
Pricing depends on your treatment and dose, and it is confirmed with your plan after your consult, before anything is charged. No subscriptions sprung on you, no mystery fees.
