Glutathione, answered
What is glutathione?
Glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes itself, sometimes called the master antioxidant. It helps protect cells from everyday damage, supports the liver while it processes what you take in, and plays a role in skin and recovery. Production slows with age and stress.
Oral or injectable, which is better?
Oral glutathione is partly broken down in digestion, so injectable forms deliver more of it intact. Which one fits depends on your goal and your labs. Your provider picks the form with you, and many patients pair glutathione with NAD+.
What do people take it for?
Most often: skin brightness and evenness, liver support, recovery after hard training or a rough stretch, and general antioxidant support alongside a broader plan. We keep the claims modest, because that is what the evidence supports.
How is it taken?
Injectable glutathione is a small self-injection at home on the schedule in your plan. The oral form is taken by mouth. Either way it ships to your door after a provider approves your plan.
Do I need to live in Arizona?
No. This treatment is telehealth, available in all 50 states. Your consult happens by phone, and approved medication ships to your door. Only IV therapy and in-person blood draws are local to the Phoenix metro area.
How much does glutathione cost?
Pricing depends on your treatment and dose, and it is confirmed with your plan after your consult, before anything is charged. No subscriptions sprung on you, no mystery fees.
